Adam and Ruth Bethany

Adam and Ruth started working for Cru in 2009. Adam has been Cru at Virginia Tech's Director of Operations since 2015. They've been married since 2010 and have three awesome little girls, Evy, Brynn, and Eliza. They love college students and truly believe that students are a critical part of the gospel spreading throughout the world. Adam enjoys movies that are supposed to be good, but instead are just bad, disc golf, reading, and playing Destiny 2. Ruth enjoys the Great British Baking show, being active, and the craft of making a great cup of coffee.


Bryan and Erin Worrall

Bryan and Erin have been serving with Cru since 2009, both overseas and here at Virginia Tech. They're excited to invest in student leaders and are passionate about meeting international students and fostering a heart for reaching the nations within our movement. They have three precious daughters and a little farm. Bryan is excited to help lead this team. He enjoys reading, soccer, and eating Chinese food. Erin loves to garden, cook, and knit.


Rebecca Lansford

Rebecca graduated from Virginia Tech in 2013 with a degree in Political Science. She has been serving with Cru since then and stepped into the campus director role in 2018. She loves being a Blacksburg townie and working with the amazing students at Virginia Tech, to reach the campus with the Gospel. Rebecca enjoys going on adventures, all things Johnny Depp, a good cup of coffee, and teaching spin classes..


Trey & Rebecca Moore

Trey graduated from Virginia Tech in 2013 with his degree in engineering science and mechanics. While he grew up elsewhere in southwest Virginia, he has now found his true home in Blacksburg, Virginia and loves helping students find deep Christian community and grow in their love for Jesus. Trey’s wife Rebecca is not on staff with Cru, but works as a veterinarian in Roanoke, Virginia. Trey and Rebecca met during undergrad at VT, were married in 2015, and now live in Christiansburg with their dog Mae.


Ali Wheeler

Ali graduated from Virginia Tech in 2015 with a degree in International Relations, and she's been working with Cru ever since. Ali is passionate about the discipleship of the next generation of women and loves teaching them how to walk boldly in faith for a lifetime. This fall, Ali will marry Cam, a macromolecular engineer who is excited about sharing the gospel in the STEM community. When she’s not working or wedding planning, you might find her traveling, reading, cooking, or gardening.


Adam Reedy

Adam studied Business Management at Radford University and came to faith in 2007 through a Cru Fall Retreat. Adam has served with Cru in Radford, Pittsburgh, and in Orlando before arriving here in Blacksburg. His biggest passion to mentoring college men and seeing them live out their identity in Christ, as well as working with Greek Life (he’s a brother of Alpha Tau Omega). Adam has a huge love for people, coffee, dancing, but the closest to his heart is his love of Survivor. He’s really excited to learn the ways of being a Hokie!


Megan Walter

Megan graduated from Virginia Tech in 2018 with a degree in Biological Sciences. She looks forward to her second year on staff where she loves investing in the freshmen class and developing leaders. Outside of Cru, she enjoys Hokie football, curling up with a good book, or watching an otter video.
